Billing & refunds

Payment, renewal and refund information for Brienta company and agency subscriptions.

Updated September 30, 2026

Brienta free trial

New eligible companies can start a 14-day free trial of Brienta at $499/month per company. A valid payment method is required. There is no required setup fee and no subscription charge when the trial starts.

Your full trial begins after you complete Stripe checkout. Stripe shows the exact first-charge date before you confirm. Billing Settings then shows the confirmed trial end and next payment in your company’s timezone.

By confirming checkout, you authorize the subscription to begin automatically at $499/month when the trial ends unless you cancel first. Optional marketing consent is separate. Applicable taxes are shown before confirmation.

Cancel anytime without contacting support: Settings → Billing → Cancel Trial. Cancel before the trial deadline to avoid the subscription charge. A cancelled trial remains available until its original end date and does not convert to paid.

Existing accepted subscription prices and billing intervals remain unchanged. The current monthly offer does not replace earlier agreements.

14-day first-payment refund

You may request a refund of your first paid Brienta software subscription payment within 14 days of that payment. This offer applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions, for company and agency plans.

To request your refund, email billing@brienta.com within the 14-day window. Include your workspace name and invoice reference, if available. Brienta reviews and processes requests; sending an email does not issue an automatic refund. Do not email payment-card numbers or security codes.

The offer covers the first software subscription payment. Later renewals, upgrade charges and additional usage charges are outside this offer. Contact us with questions about any other payment.

Your subscription and renewal

Checkout shows the plan, price and monthly or annual billing interval you select. Your subscription renews on that interval until canceled. Annual subscriptions charge the displayed annual total. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown before payment.

Creating a workspace or joining an agency does not authorize a payment. When an agency covers your company's Brienta subscription, you do not need a second software subscription for the same coverage.

Canceling and your access

The workspace owner can manage the subscription in Plan & billing. Cancel before the next renewal to stop future software renewal charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and paid access continues through that period unless its payment is fully refunded.

Canceling does not itself request a refund. A full refund removes the paid coverage funded by that payment once the refund is reflected in Billing. Other valid coverage, such as an agency-covered subscription, can continue. Your workspace records remain retained under our privacy notice.

Your data after access ends

When subscription access expires, the account becomes inactive or read-only. Company records remain available for export for at least 90 days. Automatic permanent deletion is not enabled in this release. Any later deletion process must respect retention, legal, compliance and export requirements.

A failed payment does not delete your data. Update your payment method in Billing Settings. Stripe may retry failed payments; unpaid operational access does not continue indefinitely.

Optional additional usage

When supported additional paid usage is available, it requires the owner to approve the displayed rates and a monthly spending limit. Enabled additional usage is billed separately each month after the usage period ends, including for annual subscribers. Usage already incurred remains payable after cancellation or disabling additional usage.
